The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving life insurance business through the assigned CSB Bank branches by building robust relationships with bank staff, generating leads, converting opportunities into sales, and achieving business targets. The role involves regular engagement with branch teams, customer meetings, sales support, and ensuring seamless coordination between CSB Bank and Axis Max Life Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Officers, and key stakeholders of assigned CSB Bank branches.
Drive life insurance sales through the bancassurance channel by sourcing and converting customer leads.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium and policy issuance targets.
Conduct joint sales calls with bank employees to identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Train and motivate bank staff on Axis Max Life products, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies.
Ensure consistent lead generation from assigned bank branches and improve lead conversion ratios.
Monitor business performance, sales pipeline, and branch productivity.
Support customers throughout the sales journey and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Prepare and share periodic sales and activity reports with management.
