RequirementsJob Responsibilities:
Generate business through Upwork and other online bidding platforms.
Identify, qualify, and convert potential international clients.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and project estimations.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close business prospects.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Manage complete sales pipeline through CRM.
Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales.
Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding is mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of Digital Marketing services and IT solutions.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
