Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
Prepare GRN, stock reports, and maintain documentation.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Follow FIFO practices for inventory management.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Site teams for material requirements.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store.
Report shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies immediately.
Requirements
Experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the construction industry.
Knowledge of inventory management processes.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
Solid organizational and record-keeping skills.
Honest, responsible, and able to work.
