Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer-related tasks, maintain records, and support office operations. The ideal candidate should have positive typing speed, basic knowledge of software applications, and the ability to handle data accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
Prepare and manage invoices, reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
Handle email communication and maintain digital records.
Operate MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Monitor office systems and ensure smooth functioning of computers and printers.
Generate reports and MIS as required by management.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of company records and information.




Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware/software issues or coordinate with IT support.
Assist in online order processing, inventory updates, and billing tasks if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of Tally / billing software will be an added advantage.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Experience Required:
0–2 years of experience as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator / Office Assistant.
Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
