For Sales Manager: Experience: 3+ years (relevant)
We need a person who is from Recruitment OR IT Industry but he should be having valuable experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Hunting, Farming, and have experience of complete IT market.
Need to check their monthly targets and revenues they are achieving along with the number of client onboarding they are doing and number of resources getting hired.
Also if they have Staff Augmentation experience then also it is fine but that person should have experience in IT and Recruitment markets throughout.
Should have a ready pool of customers whom we can onboard. We are looking for someone having a proven track record in sales and growth in a specific market.
This is a field job, candidates should be willing to stay on field to go on client meetings.
