Job Title: PMO (Project Management Office) Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Project Portfolio Management:
Manage and oversee the organization's project portfolio.
Prioritize projects based on strategic objectives and resource availability.
Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals.
Methodology Development and Governance:
Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and processes.
Establish governance frameworks to ensure projects adhere to standards and guidelines.
Provide guidance and support to project managers on project execution.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively across projects.
Monitor resource utilization and capacity planning.
Identify and resolve resource conflicts.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:




Monitor project performance against key metrics and milestones.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify and assess project risks and issues.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Monitor and report on risk status to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and project teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Identify prospects to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
