Excellent documentation and analysis skills – Requirement analysis, test cases, defect reports, test execution reports.
Good understanding of the software development life cycle as well as the business approach for the product.
Positive in Analytical skills and Decision making ability.

Responsibilities

Qualifications/Criteria's
Own the stability of the entire product suite in production
Formulate, execute, and manage the strategy of testing new releases going to production. Both manual & automated testing included
Constantly evaluate new automated testing mechanisms and diversify to improve efficiency and coverage




Identify & track the test coverage or equivalent metric to measure & improve the effectiveness of tests
Manage the QA team and function. Own hiring and skilled growth of individuals.
Contribute to the roadmap formation and own team alignment & bandwidth allocation.
Should have scored 70% & above in 10th and 12th grade.
Total 9+ years of experience in managing and leading QA teams across various areas of Quality functions
Proven analytical skills, root-cause analysis skills, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills.
Knowledge of JAVA/Python/ SELENIUM/CUCUMBER
Knowledge of SQL database is a must
Hands on experience in automation framework design and development
Positive to have - knowledge of Jmeter, CI/CD of Automation testing
Automation experience (test, integration, build/release) in a distributed environment.
Experience with using REST API and testing
