Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders. Experience selling / listing products on an online marketplace.
Ability to adapt to the evolving requirements of e-commerce sales.
Robust understanding of e-commerce best practice and digital marketing.
Comfortable using Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn including setting budgets.
Able to work efficiently in Excel and other office applications.
Responsible for consumers engagement and attending to customer's enquiries on day-to day basis.
Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
Execute activities driven by Google analytics & Google search console.
Implement the e-commerce activities.
Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
Observe the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities over digital platforms.
Promote valuable service performance.
Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights
