Role Overview
The Store In-Charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving sales performance. The role requires solid organizational skills, leadership, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and supervision
Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide product guidance
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets
Maintain store cleanliness, safety,
and visual standards
Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports
Coordinate with warehouse and head office for stock and operations
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in retail store management or as a Store In-Charge
Strong leadership and team management skills
Positive communication and customer handling abilities
Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home appliances, electricals, or consumer durables industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
