Job Description:
Recent Product Development (NPD):
Lead and manage the end-to-end process of current product development in the RTE (Ready-to-Eat) and RTC (Ready-to-Cook) categories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and bring innovative products to market.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure that all NPD activities comply with relevant food safety and quality standards.
Work closely with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals for current product launches.
Packing Compliance:
Oversee the development and implementation of packaging solutions that meet both regulatory requirements and consumer expectations.
Ensure compliance with packaging standards to maintain product integrity and shelf life.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols throughout the product development lifecycle.
