Job Description:

Assist senior engineers in project planning and scheduling activities, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.

Collaborate with arch, contractors, other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined.

Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensure cleanliness and safety of the site, and supervise contracted staff.
Technical Oversight: Review and approve technical drawings, ensure construction follows approved plans and specifications, and provide technical advice.
Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, determining material and manpower needs, and preparing cost estimates.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications.




Coordination & Communication: Work collaboratively with architects, contractors, clients, and other specialists, and provide transparent reports to management.
Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that arise in office and develop creative solutions to keep projects on track.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate construction records, compile reports on progress, and ensure proper filing with local authorities.
Budget & Schedule Management: Track project progress, identify potential delays, and work to ensure the project stays within budget and on schedule
