Responsibilities:
Supervise daily plating line operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved according to the schedule.
Monitor plating processes like zinc, nickel, chrome, and anodizing.
Supervise plating operators and helpers.
Provide training on plating procedures and safety practices.
Manage shift scheduling and manpower allocation.
Required Skills
Knowledge of electroplating processes
Understanding of surface finishing techniques
Chemical bath management
Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry
Salary :- Upto 2.64 LPA
