Job Description:
Education – Min should be Graduate
Should not be in a team handling role since this is an individual role wherein employee is expected to recruit the Part Time Agents called – IM
Must know the basics of recruitment and should understand the local market at least.
Local candidate would only be preferred
Min experience of 1 yrs. (DAM) in channel like Agency, CAT, CABC, APC, IMF.
Age- Max 38 yrs. for DAM
