Job Description:

A Site Supervisor in the construction industry is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on a construction site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They manage builders, subcontractors, and other workers, making sure everyone adheres to plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
Supervision of Workers: Overseeing builders and subcontractors, ensuring they follow the construction plans and complete tasks efficiently.
Health and Safety: Enforcing safety standards on the job site to prevent accidents.
Coordination: Scheduling work, deliveries, and liaising between various teams like engineers, architects, and project managers.
