Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Space planning and architectural design for residential and commercial projects.
Develop and execute detailed working drawings for construction.
Lead the selection of FF&E; items ensuring quality and design coherence.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Create and present design concepts, project plans, and presentations to clients.
Ensure all design work aligns with client specifications and building codes.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in space planning, architectural detailing, and interior design.
Proficiency in detailing construction drawings.
Solid attention to detail, with an eye for creativity and innovation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and design software is a plus.
