Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Support professional. This is a customer-focused role that sits at the heart of our product quality helping users resolve issues, capturing valuable feedback, and ensuring the system is working as intended.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for software-related queries and issues
Investigate and troubleshoot problems raised by users
Escalate complex issues to the technical team with explicit summaries
Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate user feedback
Maintain documentation and internal records of known issues
Support the rollout of new features

What Were Looking For:
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users




Previous experience in software support, helpdesk, or a similar role
A mindset geared towards quality and user experience
Willingness to learn about a complex and rewarding product

Nice to Have:
Experience with SaaS products or social care systems
An understanding of how software is built and delivered (but you don't need to be a coder!)

Although we're a UK-based company, this role follows sociable India office hours (9:00am - 5:30pm IST), so you'll be working on India time not UK time.
