Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain both internal and third-party applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of application solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
Stay updated on technology trends and best practices and incorporate this knowledge into projects and team methodologies.
Manage all aspects of projects, including requirements, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to deliver top-tier solutions for both internal and external clients.

Qualifications Required:
A Master’s or advanced degree in Technology or Engineering.
Over 10 years of application development experience for third-party clients, specifically in financial or legal services.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and .NET is required.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with interacting with US clients
Familiar secure software development standards
