Job Summary:

Responsible for leading end-to-end execution of residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, budget adherence, and effective coordination with all stakeholders from planning through project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee multiple residential construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, contracts, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements
- Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures
- Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues
- Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports to senior management
- Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, site engineers, and construction teams

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and project management skills




- Expertise in residential construction and project execution
- Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, billing, estimation, BOQ, and cost control
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (PMP or Project Management certification is an added advantage)
- 12–18 years of experience in residential construction projects
- Minimum 5 years in a senior project leadership role

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in high-rise residential buildings, luxury apartments, villas, townships, gated communities, and mixed-use residential developments
- Solid exposure to project planning, execution, quality assurance, contract management, statutory approvals, billing, estimation, and project handover

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
