Job Title: Telecaller / Sr Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Chennai ( Arumbakkam)

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales team in closing property deals. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining property details, and fixing site visit appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
- Handle inbound inquiries from digital portals and campaigns
- Explain project details (pricing, location, amenities, offers) clearly
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and timeline
- Schedule site visits / meetings for the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Update lead status in CRM system
- Coordinate with sales managers and marketing team
- Maintain daily call reports and performance tracking

Key Skills Required

- Good communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)
- Solid convincing and negotiation ability




- Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- CRM handling / Excel basic knowledge
- Customer handling and follow-up skills

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate / Diploma
- 0–3 years experience (Real estate experience preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication can also apply

Salary & Incentives

- Number of calls per day (80–120 calls)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,726.49 per month
