Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media culture, keeps up with trends, and enjoys building relationships with creators and influencers. The intern will support influencer collaborations, campaign coordination, outreach, and performance tracking across different social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Influencer Research & Outreach

Identify relevant influencers and content creators aligned with brand goals and conduct outreach through email, Instagram, and other platforms.

Campaign Coordination

Assist in managing influencer campaigns, communication, deliverables, timelines, and content approvals.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, creators, and brand collaborators.

Trend & Market Research

Stay updated with social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and emerging creator platforms.

Performance Tracking

Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and influencer insights to support campaign optimization.





Content & Collaboration Support

Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with brand messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer culture.
- Creativity and understanding of social media trends.
- Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or creator collaborations.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach tools and social media analytics.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content formats.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content research, campaign planning, or communication.
- Basic Canva or content coordination skills are a plus.
