Job Description:
We are looking for a Litigation Associate / Senior Associate to join our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appear independently before High Courts (Original & Appellate Side), District Courts, Tribunals and Arbitration forums.
- Draft and vet legal documents such as notices, replies, suits, plaints, petitions, writs, complaints, written statements, arbitration petitions, claims, counterclaims and written arguments.
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation strategy.
- Provide legal opinions on commercial, economic and regulatory issues.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in litigation chambers or law firm litigation teams.
- Exposure to Commercial/Economic litigation will be preferred.
- Knowledge of IBC and/or Competition Law will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:





- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- Kannada proficiency (spoken) is preferred.
