Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Location Preference: Candidates from Noida, Delhi, and NCR will be preferred.

About the Role

Fluper is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of software and mobile application development projects. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project planning, coordination, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain project documentation.




- Identify potential bottlenecks and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in software or mobile application development.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
