Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and detail-focused Financial Accountant to handle daily accounting operations, vendor payments, receivables, GST compliance, and ERP entries. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting processes and be comfortable working with ERP software and taxation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Payable (vendor bills, payment processing, expense tracking)
- Handle Accounts Receivable, customer invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor ledger records
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation regularly
- Prepare and file GST returns with proper data verification
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills as per compliance requirements
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Odoo ERP




- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification and approvals
- Maintain proper financial documentation and support during audits
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly closing activities

Required Skills

- Robust practical knowledge of GST filing and reconciliation
- Experience in Odoo ERP or any accounting ERP software
- Hands-on experience in E-Way Bill generation
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting reports
- Good accuracy, communication, and organizational skills

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

Salary

Salary will be offered based on experience and skill set.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
