Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven HR Recruiter to join our team!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent — helping Zell continue its growth story. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments (Sales, Academics, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit with Zell’s culture and values




- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts efficiently
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 1–2 years of recruitment experience (EdTech/startup experience preferred)
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and sourcing skills
- Mindset: Proactive, organized, and passionate about building high-performing teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or ATS platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
