Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and ensure offer acceptance.
- Generate quality candidates within defined TAT.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.




- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sourcing and screening abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
