Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) Consultant with 10–12 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Implementation, Roll-out and Support, ideally within large, complex Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) environments. The consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing project‑centric business processes using SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and finance.

Key skills required

- Strong knowledge and hands-on configuration skills in SAP PS including Project Coding mask, Project Profile, Network Profile, Settlement profile, Control keys, Scheduling parameters, Material allocation, and CATS profile.

- Expertise in Project structuring, Workforce Planning, Scheduling, Costing, Assembly processing, BOM, Material Planning, MRP, Project delivery, Milestone billing, Result analysis and Settlement.

- Strong knowledge in integration of PS with Sales, Variant configuration, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance and CATS.

- Deep domain knowledge of ETO and CTO business process.





- Develop functional specifications, configuration documents and test scripts as per standard policies.

- Work with technical teams (ABAP, Fiori, Integration) to develop enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflow solutions.

- Evaluate current ETO processes and identify opportunities for process re‑design using S/4HANA best practices.

- Support master data setup for projects including Standard Project and Network templates, Work centres, Variants and table maintenance.

- Participate in cross functional testing, UAT, cutover activities, Go-live and Hypercare.

Industry & Domain

- Prior experience in Manufacturing (CTO & ETO)

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business language.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working in a global, fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

- Knowledge of Energy management and automation industry products or similar high tech manufacturing industry.

- Experience in full cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation project is a must

- Experience in tools like JIRA Align and Solman is preferred.

- SAP S/4HANA certification in Project Systems is highly desirable

- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (Protected) is preferred
