Job Description
Required experienced credit manager for underwriting and monitoring of Supply Chain Finance proposals.
The credit manager should have the relevant underwriting expertise in Supply Chain Finance / Wholesale Funding (Inventory Funding / Trade Advance) / Bill Discounting / Dealer Finance and prior experience should include E2E processing of files i.e. from Login to Disbursal. Also, should have team management experience of at two years
Core Responsibilities
The key result areas (KRAs) of:
- Appraising & Decisioning cases with utmost due diligence and within agreed TAT levels
- Solid monitoring of the Supply Chain Finance Portfolio
- Delinquency Management
- Risk Management
- Relationship Management – Anchors & business partners
- Vendor Management – Empanelment,
Training, Cost Management
- Team Management
- Training – CPA / Sales / DSA / Vendors & Other relevant functions
- Maintaining Data Quality & adherence to processes
Desired Skill Set
- Experience as a Credit Manager in SCF / Wholesale Funding (Inventory Finance) / Dealer Finance in Bank / NBFC
- Experience in End to End processing of loan proposals
- Experience in handling LOS / LMS or similar systems
- Sound understanding of analysing financial statements
- Minimum two years of experience in Team handling
- Expertise in Microsoft Office framework
- Excellent communication skills & Positive Attitude
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude and Creative thinking skills
