Location: Chhattisgarh (Candidate must be willing to reside in Chhattisgarh)
Experience: 15+ Years in Paints / Coatings Industry

Key Requirement:
Candidate should be capable of developing and expanding the Chhattisgarh market while being based in Chhattisgarh. Strong experience in dealer/distributor network development, market expansion, and team leadership is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategy for Chhattisgarh.
- Appoint and strengthen dealer/distributor network across the state.
- Drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain for timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred Profile:

- Proven track record of successfully developing current territories in Chhattisgarh.
- Strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
