We are looking for a passionate German Trainer to join our team at ITESKUL. You’ll be teaching learners at all the stages – from beginners (A1 level) to Advance (C1 level). The goal is to help learners use the language on a daily basis. The sessions should build confidence in speaking by being interactive.
2. Key responsibilities
- Delivery of German language sessions for A1 to C1 levels with clear concepts
- Plan and implement interactive lessons aligned with defined learning objectives.
- Lesson plans, assignments, and assessments should be comprehensive and regular.
- Student progress should be monitored and timely, constructive feedback should be provided
- Students should be prepared for International Goethe certification exams.
- Conduct regular speaking and listening activities to build student confidence.
- Design and share self-study materials, vocabulary and exercises to reinforce learning.
- Use online teaching tools effectively.
- Maintain clear records of lesson plans, student performances and attendance
- Conduct periodic reviews with the management team to share feedback on effectiveness and student outcomes.
- Adjust teaching strategies in line with updated Goethe certification format.
3. Required qualifications
- C1 or above proficiency in German.
- Recognized Goethe certification required.
- Excellent verbal communication and instructional delivery skills.
- Ability to simplify complex language concepts for diverse learners.
4. Preferred skills
- Prior experience in online and/or classroom language training.
- Robust presentation, time management and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable with digital learning tools and online teaching platforms.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
