Travel (Sales) Drive sales by engaging potential clients, crafting personalized travel experiences, and converting leads into bookings. This role requires a strong knowledge of both short-haul and long-haul destinations, along with a passion for exceptional customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Create customized travel packages tailored to individual client preferences and budgets.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and expert product knowledge.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of both short-haul and long-haul travel destinations to provide informed recommendations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling and other outreach methods to understand their travel needs and preferences. Tailored Itinerary Design:
- Develop customized travel packages including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on client interests and budget.
- Sales Conversion:
- Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication, value-driven proposals, and consistent follow-ups.
- Travel Coordination: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for the client.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media), delivering prompt and professional support.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on global travel trends, destination updates, and travel advisories to provide expert guidance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and gain referrals through exceptional service and personalized travel solutions.
- Experience - 1 - 5years [ Atleast 1 year experience in Travel Company]
- Selling Holiday Packages { Mandatory}
