Job Title: Inside sales Associate

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day (1hr Lunch break)

Weekly Off: Rotational Off

Salary Range: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Job Summary

The Inside sales Associate is responsible for managing premium customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term premium customer relationships. The role involves handling premium customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer experience, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone call.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.

* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

* Schedule appointments and coordinate with stores or service centres.

* Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.

* Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
