We are looking for a skilled and motivated Interior Site Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior fit-out and finishing work at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day interior site activities including false ceiling, flooring, painting, partition, and finishing works

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications

- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship on site

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work

- Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation

- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on site





- Liaise with the project manager and design team for technical clarifications

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in interior site execution

- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes and materials

- Robust communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
