Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client objectives, challenges, and financial needs to recommend appropriate products and services that align with their goals.
- Proactively engage with clients through regular meetings, calls, and correspondence to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, including cross-selling and up-selling suitable solutions.




- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, clearly articulating value propositions and performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage client expectations and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales, retention, and client satisfaction targets.
- Educate clients on new product features and service enhancements as they become available.
