About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow our OTC pharmaceutical business across Pune district. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in OTC product marketing, territory expansion, retailer engagement, and team leadership. This role requires excellent networking capabilities and the ability to build and manage strong distribution channels.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in OTC pharmaceutical sales or similar industry.
- Robust understanding of Pune district’s pharmaceutical/OTC retail market.
- Proven track record in network development, territory management, and distributor handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage field operations independently and deliver results under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting formats, and basic digital communication tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
