Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and a proven track record in client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture solid, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all financial needs.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant financial products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment strategies, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development,



operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals, reports, and analyses to clients, clearly articulating value propositions and investment performance.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Actively participate in business development activities, including networking events and client referrals, to expand the client base.
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
