- Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
- Explain company services and generate leads
- Maintain proper follow-ups with clients
- Update call records and maintain data in Excel
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Confident, polite, and professional speaking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
