About the Role

SynergyTop Softlab Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive international business growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT services sales, client acquisition, online bidding, and revenue generation through global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and outbound lead generation.
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients into long-term business relationships.
- Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts with international clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare tailored project solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and identify new business opportunities.





Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in IT Services or Software Services Sales.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and Freelancer bidding platforms.
- Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and outbound sales.
- Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
- Experience working with US and international clients.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
