We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our e-commerce team in-office. You will be responsible for streamlining our data collection, generating actionable reports, and ensuring that our day-to-day operations (sales, returns, and payments) are accurately tracked. Your goal will be to provide the management with real-time insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Sales Reporting: Consolidate daily sales data from Amazon and other portals into a master dashboard.

Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile Amazon settlement reports against orders to ensure correct payouts and identify any discrepancies in fees or referrals.

Inventory Tracking: Maintain an accurate log of inward/outward stock and flag low-stock situations for the procurement team.

Returns & Claims Management: Track RTO (Return to Origin) and Customer Returns; manage the filing and tracking of SECURE-T claims for damaged returns.

Profitability Analysis: Calculate SKU-level profitability by factoring in COGS,



shipping, packaging, and advertising spends.

Automation: Create and maintain Excel macros or Google Sheets trackers to automate repetitive data entry tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced Excel (Mandatory): Mastery of VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Sum-ifs, Data Validation, and Advanced Filtering. Experience with VBA/Macros is a huge plus.

E-commerce Knowledge: Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central reports (Settlement, Business Reports, and Returns reports) is highly preferred.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to spot trends, such as a sudden spike in returns for a specific appliance model.

Education: Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, or Computer Science.

Experience: 1–3 years in an MIS or Data Analyst role within the retail or e-commerce sector.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
