The Mastercam Programmer will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and validating CNC machining programs for high‑precision components manufactured at Ensuri Manufacturing Solutions. This role demands 10+ years of hands‑on programming experience, deep knowledge of multi‑axis machining, and strong collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure reliable, predictable, and compliant manufacturing execution.

Key Responsibilities

- CNC Programming — Develop, optimize, and validate Mastercam toolpaths for 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis machining centers.
- Process Optimization — Improve cycle times, tool life, and machining efficiency through advanced toolpath strategies.
- GD&T; Interpretation — Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerance stack‑ups.
- Fixture Design — Collaborate with engineering to design modular, rigid,



and repeatable fixturing solutions.
- CAM Documentation — Prepare setup sheets, tool lists, and machining documentation aligned with Ensuri’s compliance standards.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination — Work closely with production planners, machinists, and quality inspectors to ensure smooth job execution.
- Troubleshooting — Resolve machining issues related to toolpaths, feeds/speeds, workholding, or machine behavior.
- Continuous Improvement — Drive improvements in machining processes, toolpath strategies, and documentation quality.

Pay: ₹358,746.71 - ₹1,292,465.67 per year
