Job Title - Operations Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Management

- Handle customer inquiries and walk-ins professionally.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication and relationship building.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.

Operations Management

- Coordinate daily workshop and detailing operations.
- Schedule vehicles and allocate jobs efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Sales & Business Development

- Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.
- Recommend suitable services such as PPF, coatings, detailing, paintwork, and maintenance packages.
- Develop and execute ideas to improve business performance.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with technicians, detailers, and support staff.
- Monitor productivity and maintain workplace discipline.
- Ensure processes are followed consistently.

Administrative Duties

- Prepare quotations, invoices, and job cards.
- Maintain customer records and service history.
- Track inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
- Generate periodic reports on sales and operations.
