Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Plastic Extrusion Industry

Qualification

- CPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology) OR
- Diploma in CPET / Plastic Processing Technology or equivalent qualification.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QC Incharge to oversee quality control activities in our plastic extrusion manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and quality standards while maintaining proper quality documentation and coordinating with production.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Monitor the plastic extrusion process to ensure consistent product quality.
- Conduct routine quality tests as per customer specifications and company standards.
- Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, and test documents.
- Identify product defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.




- Ensure compliance with quality management procedures and SOPs.
- Monitor machine output and ensure dimensional accuracy of products.
- Handle customer quality complaints and assist in root cause analysis.
- Maintain measuring instruments and ensure proper calibration.
- Train and guide QC staff regarding quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Ensure housekeeping and quality compliance within the QC department.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Plastic Extrusion Process.
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques.
- Understanding of plastic raw materials and finished products.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Thickness Gauge
- Weighing Balance
- Knowledge of documentation and report preparation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
