We are looking ETP, RO, and MEE Operator for our Ranipet Nellikuppam sipcot site,

Salary: 18000 to 25000

Qualification : Any degree , Diploma or ITI

Experiences : Minimum 2 years Experience

Work place : Ranipet Nellikuppam sipcot

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) , RO and MEE systems
- Ensure proper treatment of wastewater before discharge or reuse
- Check and control parameters like pH, TDS, flow rate, pressure
- Handle chemical dosing (chlorine, coagulants, antiscalants, etc.)
- Perform back washing, regeneration, and membrane cleaning
- Maintain daily log sheets and reports
- Troubleshoot issues in pumps, valves, filters, and membranes
- Ensure compliance with pollution control norms

Daily Tasks

- Start/stop plant operations as per schedule
- Monitor inlet & outlet water quality
- Record readings (pressure, conductivity, etc.)
- Clean filters, cartridges,



and membranes
- Coordinate with maintenance team if breakdown occurs

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry or related field preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of water treatment processes
- Understanding of RO systems & filtration
- Ability to read gauges and instruments
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals
- Use PPE (gloves, masks, etc.)
- Ensure environmental regulations are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
