Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and implement scalable frontend architecture.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, page speed, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development processes.
- Implement secure authentication, state management, and routing within applications.
- Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem, frontend technologies, and development trends.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous product improvements.

Qualifications

Required skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in React.js development, preferably in enterprise applications or logistics technology.
- Certifications (Preferred): React Developer Certification, JavaScript Certification, Frontend Development Certification,



or cloud certifications such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Skills

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Familiarity with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
- Knowledge of Git, version control systems, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or similar
- Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development
- Robust debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in Agile and Scrum development environments

Additional information

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

This is a full-time, on-site role based at AWL India's Delhi office within the IT department. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intuitive web applications that enhance warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations. Training on AWL India's technology stack and business processes will be provided, with opportunities to advance into senior frontend development, full-stack development, or technical leadership roles.
