Skills Needed:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer handling and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet response timelines.
- Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests and assign calls to field engineers based on location and priority.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Create, update, and maintain service tickets in the system.
- Follow up with engineers to ensure timely service completion and status updates.
- Coordinate with customers regarding appointment schedules and service progress.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
- Prepare daily service reports and update management on pending and completed calls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely communication and support.
- Work closely with the operations and technical support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
