Role Summary:Lead Visionwexa AI’s engineering vision, drive technical strategy, and oversee delivery of cutting-edge, scalable solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all engineering teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and processes
- Oversee architecture, scalability, and performance of all systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align technical decisions with market needs.
- Mentor and grow engineering leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Plan and manage engineering budgets, tools, and resources.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to guide innovation.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and systems.
- Strong architecture, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in cloud, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000,000.00 per year
