Hiring: Telecaller / Sales Executive (IndiaMART Leads Handling)
Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi
Languages Required: Hindi & English
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries and leads from IndiaMART.
- Follow up with existing clients and maintain relationships.
- Convert IndiaMART inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Generate new business through effective lead management and client communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or IndiaMART lead handling preferred.
- Ability to convince and convert prospective customers.
- Basic computer knowledge .
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
