AI Video Content Creator (3-Month Trial → Full-Time Opportunity)

We're a digital marketing team based in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, working with businesses across a range of industries to create high-impact digital campaigns.

We're experimenting with a new role over the next three months. If it's a great fit—for both you and us - we'll look at converting the position into a full time role at the end of the trial period.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is excited by the latest AI tools and enjoys turning ideas into engaging video content quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools, with the ability to create compelling videos from prompts using voice-overs, simple scripts, photographs, AI-generated images, stock assets, and other multimedia inputs.
- A strong understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to iterate quickly to improve video quality, consistency, and storytelling.
- Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)



or the ability to use automation tools to optimize and streamline AI video generation workflows.
- A willingness to experiment with new AI platforms and stay up to date with the rapidly evolving generative AI ecosystem.
- A good eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and content that performs well on social media platforms.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Bonus Skills

These aren't mandatory, but they'll definitely help:

- Experience with AI image generation tools.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and performance-driven content creation.
