We are a well-established hospitality group managing eight premium hotel properties, including Three star, Four-Star Hotels and Heritage-Classified Hotels. As we continue to expand and modernize our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Corporate Manager to lead our strategic growth, operational excellence, and property transformation initiatives.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management, business development, and property modernization. The successful candidate will oversee all hotel operations, introduce innovative concepts, enhance guest experiences, and lead the development of modern hospitality offerings across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the operations of all hotel properties.
- Develop and implement innovative concepts to upgrade existing hotels with modern hospitality trends.




- Plan and execute renovation and repositioning projects while preserving the unique identity of heritage properties.
- Introduce new revenue-generating concepts, including specialty restaurants, resto-bars, lounges, rooftop venues, wellness facilities, and lifestyle experiences.
- Improve guest satisfaction, service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate hotel management teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Identify current business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.

Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, brand standards, and quality certifications

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
