Company Overview

Eythor Private Limited is a clean-tech robotics startup developing advanced solar panel cleaning and monitoring robots. We are now starting the construction of our factory building on bare land and are looking for a responsible Civil Engineer cum Site Supervisor to manage and supervise daily construction activities.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Civil Engineer cum Site Supervisor who can handle day-to-day construction work at the factory site, coordinate with labour and contractors, check quality, monitor material usage, maintain site records, and report daily progress to management.

This is a practical site-based role suitable for candidates with civil construction knowledge and strong supervision ability.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise factory building construction from the bare land stage.
- Manage daily site activities and ensure work is completed on time.
- Coordinate with labour, contractors, masons, plumbers, electricians, and vendors.
- Read and understand civil drawings, layout plans, foundation drawings, and structural details.
- Check quality of construction work as per drawings and standards.
- Monitor material usage such as cement, sand, aggregate, steel, bricks, blocks, tiles, etc.
- Take site measurements and maintain proper records.
- Prepare daily progress reports for management.
- Verify contractor work, labour work, and basic billing measurements.
- Ensure proper safety practices at the construction site.

Daily Site Work Duties





- Check attendance and work allocation of labour.
- Monitor foundation, brickwork, plastering, flooring, RCC, steel, shuttering, and finishing work.
- Check material quality and quantity at site.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for smooth execution.
- Track daily progress against the construction timeline.
- Report site issues, delays, material shortages, or quality problems to management.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of building construction work.
- Ability to read drawings and layout plans.
- Basic estimation and measurement skills.
- Labour and contractor management.
- Knowledge of construction materials and quality checking.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge for daily reporting.
- AutoCAD knowledge will be preferred.
- Strong communication and site management skills.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in building construction or site supervision.
- Freshers with strong practical site knowledge can also apply.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in PEB, factory building, warehouse, industrial shed, commercial building, or residential construction.
- Experience in managing labour and contractors.
- Knowledge of foundation work, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing work.

Safety and Quality Responsibilities

- Ensure workers follow basic safety rules at site.
- Check quality of construction work regularly.
- Avoid wastage of material.
- Maintain clean and organized site conditions.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawing, measurement, and timeline.
