Job Description:

This is a full time remote role for a Project Manager – Wireless & IoT Network (GSM / 4G / 5G / NB-IoT / LTE-M). The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project management tasks, ensuring timely expediting and inspection processes, coordinating logistics, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. The role involves managing wireless and IoT network projects to meet company standards and client requirements.

Respnsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end deployment of IoT and wireless network projects, particularly in smart metering environments.
- Engage directly with customers, conduct technical discussions, and gather detailed requirements to tailor solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and solution proposals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including solution design, PoCs, and training.




- Manage timelines, risks, and project budgets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving technologies in IoT connectivity, smart metering, and wireless protocols.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom/IoT project management, ideally with smart metering solutions.
- Strong knowledge of GSM, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT, LTE-M, and their integration with smart metering.
- Work closely with technical teams to implement and support communication protocols such as:
- MQTT, CoAP, DLMS/COSEM, UDP, TCP/IP, HTTPS, REST APIs, etc.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, presentations, and solution-based selling.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
